By accessing or using the Multistreamers website (multistreamers.us) and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Multistreamers provides a multistreaming platform that allows users to broadcast a single RTMP stream to multiple destinations simultaneously. Each subscriber receives an isolated streaming server with a dedicated RTMP endpoint, auto-configured SSL, and a management dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your stream keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service is offered through paid subscription plans processed via Gumroad. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with Gumroad's refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You are solely responsible for the content you stream through the Service. We do not monitor or pre-screen streamed content, but we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms. You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to relay and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. SLA commitments apply only to paid plans as described in the plan details.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Multistreamers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party streaming platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Multistreamers and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Multistreamers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Texas. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
